It was very easy to come up my top 20 today, there are so many “new in” must have pieces. If I had to choose one it would be the Isabel Marant Risha dress or the Zara Pink Coat.

I am getting very excited for tomorrow night in Manchester. The evening will kick off for me in House of Fraser in Toms Champagne Bar followed by walk around the store. There is a lot going on in store so I will try capture the spirit of the evening with some photographs. Then I will walk down to Flannels to say hello, Matthew Williamson is in store so I am sure there will be lots of people in attendance. Hopefully I will then catch up with one of the Dress for Success drop off point in Selfridges, LK Bennett, Simply Be or Long Tall Sally.
I think I am going to wear this outfit, it will be chilly and I need to walk!
These loafers from River Island are a steal at £28, they are available in an array of colours and definitely have the look of a designer loafer.

I have long lived under the impression that at 5ft 2in I am way too short for over the knee boots but I love to look anyway. Today I tried a pair in Kurt Geiger and I was amazed, that they looked great. I have been obsessing about not wearing tights when the cold weather sets in, instead I would wear the over the knee boots with little dresses and I am so pleased that it is going to work.
If you are petite too go out and try some I think you will be surprised.

I do not think that you come across many inspirational people or organisations in your life time, but today I did have the privilege of meeting with Dress for Success in Manchester. They are certainly inspiring and have a team of very motivated people.
The organisation was established in 1997 and operates in 90 cities across America and Europe. Their aim is to get young women on low incomes interview ready, they will help sort the outfit along with styling advise and help with interview techniques. They operate on donations of clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery from this they decide what goes to the clients and what is to be sold. Any money raised from sales go towards paying the rent and other overheads.
The Manchester branch opened it’s doors in May and already has an impressive list of people who are now back to work but it is an ongoing battle to keep the rails full of appropriate clothing.
On thursday we have Vogue’s Fashion Night Out in Manchester and Dress for Success are taking part, there will be drop off points for clothes in Oasis, Long Tall Sally, SimplyBe & LK Bennet. Both Jaeger and Ted Baker will be donating items to the charity and Selfridges will operating a drop off point for shoes & bags only.
What more of an opportunity do you need, make room in your wardrobe for all of those news purchases by donating clothes that will be very much appreciated.

I really think these are a must have, they will look great on your bare legs and with jeans. They will definitely cheer up a grey day.

If you were a fan of the fringed Marant boots earlier this year then this something you may be interested in. These fringed boots by Fashion World definitely have the look at a fraction of the price but they are also cheaper than the pair in the Isabel Marant for H&M Collection which will be available on 14th November at £100. What are you waiting for!!

I have a real obsession about all things Valentino especially the Rockstuds. I was just browsing the Valentino site and spotted these ballerinas in a gorgeous blue, they are quite gorgeous.
